3. I RAN 4.8KM++ ON THURSDAY, which is yesterday, & OTHER DRILLS[PUSHUPS,SITUPS,HEELLIFTS,FULLSSQUATS ETC]
~~as you can see, i like to self-torture. :x~~
4. i had lunch with shermin and huijuan on thursday, uh, yesterday!
5. i FINALLY went to collect my apple protection.
6. updated my phone with bigbang goodness! <3
7. STARING AT SEUNGRI! CUTE BOY. <3
8. STARING AT TEMPO! HOT[wellnotexactly] BOY. <3
9. its good friday today! holiday=SLEEP!
10. i had breakfast with my mum today. <333

okay, yesterday's PT was hmm, okay i guess, but this was the first time i ran so many rounds for any sports training, lol. 8 rounds around the track, from lane 1 to 8, then cooldown 4 rounds lane 1 to 4.~~see how slack is volleyball with running.~~ but the running was okay, it was the speed[?] training. the one with the timing and all and we're supposed to do situps, pushups, full squats, heel lifts etc, for uhm 2[?] mins and rest for 10 secs, then continue. yeh, that kills. >< but it felt good after the training ended. lol. i thought the muscle aches today would kill, but it aint that bad. (: it's more achy at my legs area only. (((: ALOT better than what i had expected. thought i would just die on my bed today totally. AHHAHA. :x have to go CCAB for hockey training tomorrow, have to reach by 0730. i should sleep by 11+ today. (:

i havent started on homework/revision. GREAT. ))): [jason would be SOO CHEERED UP by this fact, i swear. -.-

anyway! i haven't been FANGIRLING for SO LONG. >< JUST LET ME FANGIRL OKAY! BIGBANGGGGGG! i swear, seungri is like SUPER CUTE. LOL. even atiqah thinks seungri is cute okay! okay im like HAHA-ING over LALALA MV+PERF. [which is like millions of years ago. im slow, i know, hahaha.] its HILAROUS I SWEAR, LOOK AT TEMPO's EXPRESSION ESPECIALLY. :X
